Yes, We have Public liability insurance coverage for up to $10 million as well as a risk management procedure.

Yes, we charge a $50 deposit to secure your booking that will be deducted from the total hire cost.

Yes, we require a $200 bond incase of any accidental damages that may occur to our equipment, this will be refunded back to your account after your event.

Booking Locations further than 30 minutes outside of the Campbelltown area may be charged a delivery fee

There is a minimum 4 hour base hire period. 1 hour minimum set-up time required before your booking time and 1 hour pack-down upon conclusion of the booking. Extended hire will be quoted upon enquiry.

EVA mats are included in all Soft Play and or ball pit hire pricing. Fencing, however, is an optional extra with its own cost depending on the amount of panels needed for each set.

Any cancellations will result in the Hirer forfeiting the Deposit, however, due to unforeseen circumstances (weather/illness) you may receive a credit towards a future booking to be used within a 12 month period.

The answer will depend on the accessibility, amount of surrounding tress and falling debris. (Agreement to book is at the discretion of the owner) A park surcharge may apply due to the greater risk of damages to our equipment and deep cleaning services.
